The role of webmaster is to monitor and maintain the websites owned by Lightning Creek Investment Group.

Brunswick Nursing and Rehab:  (currently)

·      Manage hosting

·      Make periodic changes and updates when requested by a home representative

Mooreland Heritage Manor

·      Create a new website design (current contract depending)

·      Make periodic changes and updates when requested by a home representative

·      Communicate with the current hosting provider and website provider to update and make changes to the current design

Guest Home Estates

·      Create a new website design (current contract depending)

·      Make periodic changes and updates when requested by an estate representative

·      Communicate with the current hosting provider and website provider to update and make changes to the current design

Role of Consultant

The role of consultant is to actively increase the engagement and improve the presence of the three brands owned by Lightning Creek Investment Group.

·      Create a Facebook Business Page for the three brands (Brunswick Nursing and Rehab, Mooreland Heritage Manor, and Get Home Estates)

·      Routine discovery and maintenance

o   Scope out other similar facilities’ websites

o   Report back to Douglas Maddux on any findings, or major changes

·      Create SEO strategy to boost all web presence (all three brands)

·      Develop platform for recruiting staff (all three brands)

o   LinkedIn

o   Indeed

·      Develop countermeasures for any negative content across the internet

o   Social Media

o   Websites

o   Reviews

·      Develop proactive marketing strategies to attract more clientele
